I will not come to this hotel a second time. The hotel does not match the money I paid for it.
The view of the lake is beautiful.
The hotel staff is not friendly. I arrived late in the evening, but the hotel was closed, it was not possible to enter the territory. No one answered the phone for a very long time and it was only 40 minutes later that I was able to get through. There are no employees and a manager at the reception at night, only a security guard who did not hear anything and could not open the door . I didn't like the attitude of the hotel staff, my room was booked, but I couldn't get to the hotel for a long time. The hotel staff did not say any apologies in the morning.

Location and room.
The hotel owner, she was nasty, tough, and unwelcoming. Also, restaurant closes early around 5 pm and the main restaurant does not serve lunch or snacks.

A great place in a wonderful location. Room was very spacious with lake view. Breakfast and dinner were excellent.
Some of staff and management have an unhelpful attitude problem: the customer is wrong and we cannot help you.
